Michael Shannon Teams With Chef to Create Food for the Soul
Michael Shannon takes a leap of faith and invests in Célestin, one of Toronto's top French restaurants. Michael was interviewed by Jacquie McNish of The Globe and Mail for "An Emotional Bond is Savoured," an article which appeared on June 2, 2009 in The Report on Business about his business partnership with client and top chef Pascal Ribreau.
Mr. Ribreau feels Célestin might never have happened had it not been for his lawyer's belief in his abilities as a chef.
