Signe Leisk Quoted in Toronto Star Article on Proposed Mall Development
On October 3, 2007, Signe Leisk was quoted in the Toronto Star regarding her appearance at a heated Scarborough Community Council meeting on behalf of Splendid China, developers of an Asian mall in North Toronto. At the meeting, counsel for rival mall owners appeared in opposition to the proposed development.
