Profile

Philip Long

Philip is an associate in the Securities Group. Prior to joining Cassels Brock as an associate, Philip was both a summer and articling student with the firm. During this time, he gained experience working with the Financial Services, Business Law and Securities practice groups.  Within the Securities Group, he assisted in various transactions, including public offerings, private placements, and mergers and acquisitions as well as various regulatory compliance matters. 

While in law school, Philip was a member of the Western Business Law Clinic and the recipient of multiple awards.
